Who we are. Sideline GAA ("Sideline", "we") is operated by Adrian Bushell and Alex Murphy, based in Ireland. We are the data controller for the information collected on this website. You can contact us about anything in this notice at info@sidelinegaa.com.

What we collect, and why. When you register your interest in Sideline GAA, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, club, county, and role. We collect this for one purpose only: to contact you about Sideline GAA and the 2027 pilot programme. We don't use it for anything else.

Our legal basis. Your consent — the box you tick when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your details.

Where your data lives. Your details are stored in Ireland, on infrastructure provided by Supabase (our data processor), in their EU (Ireland) region. Data does not leave the EU.

Who we share it with. Nobody. We don't sell, rent, or share your details with any third party for their own use. The only party that handles your data is Supabase, purely to store it on our behalf.

How long we keep it. Until the 2027 pilot programme is decided, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If you register and we don't end up working together, we'll delete your details rather than sit on them.

Cookies. This site does not use cookies or tracking technologies. No analytics, no advertising trackers, nothing stored on your device.

Your rights. Under GDPR you can ask us at any time to: see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we'll do it — no forms, no fuss. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie), though we'd appreciate the chance to sort it directly first.
